If you have a Facebook, chances are you have seen one of Buzzfeed's Tasty videos. They are adorable & quick 'how to' food videos set to fun music.  I happened to see Tasty's video for a sugar-glazed apple tart yesterday and just had to make it.

Omid's Birthday Weekend!

Last week, Naseem surprised Omid with a visit for his birthday!
We packed as much celebrating in as we could for her short visit.

First stop: Amnesia Brewing for birthday beer!

 

Matty had the next day off, so we went to our favorite biscuit joint for breakfast: Pine State Biscuits!

The final stop was for Pip's Original Donuts! Tourists visit VooDoo Donuts, locals go to Pips!!!
