A First!

The kids & I went to P.F. Chang's for lunch today. When it came time to open the fortune cookies, we had some good ones. Especially, mine: it was spot on! ☺

A few tips:

* Only make two at a time.

*They will get puffy - don't worry.

*Have your fortunes precut & ready to go.

*These babies are HOT and you WILL burn your fingers. I used an oven mitt & spatula to make the folds; then hung the cookies on a glass to cool.

We went out for Chinese food with our friends tonight. When I opened my fortune cookie, this is what my fortune said:

Sing badly, if you must, but sing.

How appropriate! We all had a good laugh over that one!
