Phyllo cups! These cups are cute, easy and delicious! They can be filled with anything (chicken salad, rice, taco meat, pudding, whipped cream, fruit, etc).

Take one sheet of phyllo dough. Spray the sheet completely with Pam cooking spray.

Layer a second sheet of phyllo on top of the first. Spray it as well.
Cut the sheet into 6 even squares. Place the squares into ungreased muffin tins.

Bake at 350* for 4-6 minutes. Keep your eye on them as they burn easily.

Eat the ugly ones as a snack. Fill & serve the others.

Might I recommend filling that with a small chunk of Brieand some raspberry jam before baking? Talk about delicious!
