Buffalo Wings!

 Omid made wings for dinner the other night. We decided to have a 'sauce off' to see who could make the tastiest wing sauce. We used Frank's original wing sauce for one batch, then Matty, Omid & I each made our own sauce. Omid made a sweet Thai, I made a chipotle & Matty made up his own concoction which he affectionately called 'gnar' sauce (as in gnarly good). We all agreed: Matty's sauce was the best!

Gnar Sauce:
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 c minced onion
2 Tbs honey mustard
1 Tbs minced garlic
2 Tbs barbecue sauce (we use James Gang brand)
1 Tbs honey
1 wedge of fresh lime juice
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of chiptole hot sauce
