Look who we got to babysit last night!!!! Baby Moses!!

Moses arrived sound asleep. He awoke after about 15 minutes & was surprised to see us.

Fun Fact: Sarah called Moses 'Momo; last night.

Momo is Japanese for 'peach.' Moses' skin is as soft as a peach;

so the nickname is very fitting!!

A big THANK YOU to Chris & Sarah for allowing us to babysit your darling boy!!! We enjoyed every minute of it!!!

Power of Prayer - Update!

Just heard the good news! Sarah & Chris were able to officially adopt Baby Moses today! What a wonderful Christmas gift!! Thanks to everyone who prayed for them!!

Look who I got to visit with today! Baby Moses & his mom Sarah! So exciting!

Please continue to pray that Chris & Sarah can adopt Moses without any complications. Their next court date is December 19 in South Carolina. Thank you!!!

A small victory: Sarah & Chris get to fly home with Moses today! YAY!!! Please continue to pray for their adoption & that the birth father will sign the papers.  Thank you!!!

Please pray for my friend Sarah & her husband Chris. They have waited so long to receive their new baby, Moses, only to find the birth father is having second thoughts.

Am I the only one?

This post is dedicated to Sarah (who put the thought in my head...again).

The reason I am doing this crazy post today is because my friend Sarah posted on FB that she was watching season 4 of Little House on the Prairie. You know, the episodes where Mary goes blind. Immediately after reading that....I thought of Adam. Then I thought of Lindsey Buckingham. This happened when I was young too, all because Season 4 of LH was on tv about the same time that Lindsey Buckingham's ridiculous song, Go Insane was always on the radio or Friday Night Videos. Birthday Playdate!

Being Remy's 5th birthday today, I asked him what he would like to do. He said one: he would like to have a friend over and two: he would like strawberry/blueberry shortcake for dessert tonight. So...Remy's blog buddy, Goliath came over with his mom, Sarah this morning. Remy & Goliath had never met before today; so there was lots of sniffing/chasing going on. Remy (true to form) barked the entire time we were in the house. He was finally quiet once we went on a walk. Remy meeting his blog buddies (Sarah - I love this photo of you!).

Sarah & Goliath brought Remy a giant milk bone for his bday present. Remy polished it off in 3-4 bites. Thanks, friends!
