Make This!!

Dutch Babies!! I had my first DB at my friend Alicia's house in the 5th grade. I fell in love and have been making them ever since. You can make them for a fun breakfast or dessert. You can also layer thinly cut apples in the batter too -but then you have to call them David Air pancakes instead. Don't ask me why - that's just the way it is.
Piping hot - right out of the oven.
Ready to eat!
Dutch Babies
1/3 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Preheat oven to 425*. Melt butter in a 3-4 quart pan. Blend eggs, milk & flour in blender. Pour into pan with melted butter & bake 20-24 minutes or until golden & fluffy. Sprinkle with fresh lemon or lime juice & powdered sugar.
