The Shred: Update!

I am supposed to start on the 'cleanse' week of the Shred diet on Monday. I stopped by the store today to purchase special ingredients needed for that week: hibiscus tea, flax seed oil & pure cranberry juice. I was shocked to discover that those three ingredients would set me back $50!

So....I have decided to skip the 'cleanse' phase of the Shred. I am doing just fine with the healthy eating/drinking. I love that up until now, I haven't had to purchase anything extra except for the whey protein.

I am still down 7 lbs and feeling great! The sugar cravings have all but stopped & I feel that I have moved on to healthier habits.☺
