Make This NOW!

This is the tomato butter that Anne Jaeger made yesterday on Studio 6. It is WOW. Actually, it's beyond WOW! This butter is good right off the spoon! I can't wait to toss it on pasta tonight. Anne also spread it on toasted bread and piped it on baked potatoes. I will definitely be making this again!

**Note: This butter freezes well!
