The Shred: Two Week Weigh In

This week I am starting what the book says is the hardest week. Apparently, most people quit the Shred at this time. I am going to try my best to stick with it. I figure at the end of this week, the Shred will be half over & I only have three weeks left to go. Why quit?

I had my two week weigh in this morning and I am down 5 pounds exactly! Amazing what cutting back on sugar can do to a waistline!

That is motivation enough to stick with it.☺
