Make This!

I made the caramelized onion, fig & goat cheese tart again today. Only this time, I made smaller tarts (appetizer size) & left the chevre off until I removed them from the oven. Wow! Even more amazing than last time. This will be my new go-to appetizer anytime I need one. Not only does it come together quickly, but it tastes out of this world!
