This is my $6.99 vest from the Fred Meyer 70% off rack two weeks ago. It used to be boring and black. My friend Laurel learned how to do this neat applique technique and kindly offered to do an applique of Remy for me. Here it is! I was so excited to open the bag and proudly wear it today. Several co-workers oohed and ahhed (as they should). The kids who know all about Remy thought it was pretty neat too.

I'm just preparing to take over for Martha in a few years. Maybe you need a "Remy" article of clothing for each day of the week. :)
You know...I actually thought about that today! I may also need a tote bag. The possibilities are endless. :)
