This photo shows 15 potatoes baking in the oven. I found out this morning that I was supposed to help supply baked potatoes for an Irish Sundae party at work tomorrow. The potatoes took over two hours to bake. I should have nuked them first, but...thought it would be nicer to just bake them. I realize now it would have been better to place the potatoes on two different racks.
