Also, yesterday Omid met with some of his redneck "Traeger grill" friends. They talked of 'smokin' pies in their grills/smokers. He and I prepared an apple pie and Omid set it in the smoker. He 'smoked' it exactly the same as he would have in the oven. It turned out really good. When I brought the pie in from the garage, Nas & Matty were picking off the crust and eating it. It was soooo good, next we're thinking of smokin' a cherry pie. I guess rednecks are good for some things after all. :)
