One of the things I have pledged to do more of this year is to cook more in a crock pot. I exchanged a Xmas gift today for a new crock pot. The last crock pot I had was a cheapy thing from BiMart. It melted. Today I got a new Rival/Crock Pot brand. It's a nice size and has a removable stone crock for easy clean up. Sometime this week, I plan to make Brown Sugar Chicken. It sounds super sweet and tasty. Let me know if you have good recipes I can try. Here is my mom's recipe for cocktail meatballs. We always ask her to bring these to family parties.

Audrey's Cocktail Meatballs
1/2 bag Costco meatballs
12 oz jar Heinz Chili Sauce
10 oz jar Grape Jelly

Heat chili sauce & jelly until liquid (on stove top or microwave). Add sauce to meatballs (in crock pot) & stir until coated. Keep crock pot on low. Stir occasionally. Enjoy!
