I made Chicken Pot Pie tonight for dinner. So easy and very delicious. I made it as I was in need of food to complement the weather we've been having. If the weather was nicer (warmer), I would have bbq'd something. But...since we've been having freaky October/November weather lately, my body thinks I need comfort food. So...chicken pot pie it was.
