This evening, Omid & I (well, actually Omid) started preparing dishes for a Persian party we are having this weekend. I was shocked when I found out some of my friends had never tried Persian food. So...I went to the chef himself and asked him to pick a date & get busy.
My job was to grind saffron and wash dishes (which I did with a smile). :)
