Nas recently upgraded her Karate program from 'basic' trainer (white uniform) to a Black Belt Trainer (affectionately known as BBT). This is a 3 year program designed for Nas to get her black belt.

I've always wanted to be trained in marshall arts! mabye someday . . . .not any time soon, I guess. Go Nas!
